Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using LeadReady CRM ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

LeadReady CRM is a SaaS platform operated by Leadraft Marketing that allows businesses to connect their Facebook accounts and automatically capture, manage, and track leads generated through Facebook Lead Ad forms. The Platform displays lead data, ad campaign analytics, and Page information within a unified CRM dashboard.

3. Account Registration

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account 

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activity under your account 

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use this Platform

  • You may not create multiple accounts for the same business entity

  • You agree to notify us immediately at contact@leadready.in if you suspect unauthorized access to your account

4. Facebook Integration and Permissions

By connecting your Facebook account to LeadReady CRM, you:

  • Authorize LeadReady to access your Facebook Pages, Lead Ad form submissions, and ad account data on your behalf

  • Grant us the following Facebook permissions: leads_retrieval, pages_show_list, pages_read_engagement, pages_manage_metadata, pages_manage_ads, ads_read, ads_management

  • Confirm that you are the authorized owner or administrator of the Facebook Pages and ad accounts you connect

  • Acknowledge that we access your Facebook data solely to provide the CRM service to you and not for any other purpose

  • Understand that you can disconnect your Facebook account at any time via Facebook Settings → Apps and Websites or through your LeadReady account settings

  • Agree that LeadReady complies with Meta's Platform Terms and Developer Policies

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes. You must not:

  • Violate Facebook's Terms of Service, Platform Policies, or any applicable laws

  • Use lead data captured through the Platform to send spam, unsolicited messages, or illegal communications

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or our systems

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Platform

  • Resell or sublicense access to the Platform without written permission from Leadraft Marketing

  • Use the Platform to collect data from Facebook users without their consent

  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Platform

6. Data and Privacy

  • We collect and process your data as described in our Privacy Policy at leadready.in/privacy-policy

  • We do not sell your data or your leads' personal information to third parties

  • Lead data retrieved from Facebook is stored securely on AWS and used only within your CRM account

  • You retain ownership of all lead data captured through your connected Facebook Pages

  • Upon account deletion, your data is permanently removed within 30 days

7. Subscription and Payments

  • LeadReady CRM may offer free and paid subscription plans

  • Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis as selected at signup

  • All fees are displayed in INR and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise

  • Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law

  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days advance notice via email

  • Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account

8. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Platform — including but not limited to the software, design, text, graphics, and logos — are owned by Leadraft Marketing and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

9. Disclaimers

  • The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind

  • We do not guarantee that the Platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of viruses

  • We are not responsible for any Facebook API downtime, rate limiting, or policy changes that affect the Platform's functionality

  • Lead data accuracy depends on what Facebook users submit in Lead Ad forms — we do not verify or guarantee lead quality

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Leadraft Marketing shall not be liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages

  • Loss of leads, revenue, or business opportunities arising from Platform downtime

  • Unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to secure your credentials

  • Any actions taken by Facebook that restrict or terminate API access

Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

  • You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at contact@leadready.in

  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these Terms

  • Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately and your data will be deleted within 30 days

  • Sections 6, 8, 10, and 13 survive termination

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or a notice within the Platform at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
