1. Introduction

LeadReady ("we", "our", or "us") operates the LeadReady CRM platform, a SaaS application that enables businesses to capture and manage leads from Facebook Lead Ad forms. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your data when you use our platform.

2. Data We Collect

When you use LeadReady CRM, we collect the following types of data:
 

  • Account data: Your name, email address, and profile information obtained via Facebook Login when you create an account.

  • Facebook Page data: The list of Facebook Pages you manage, Page names, and Page IDs — used to let you select which Pages to sync.

  • Lead data: Information submitted by users through your Facebook Lead Ad forms, including name, phone number, email, and any custom form fields you have configured.

  • Ad data: Facebook ad campaign and ad set information associated with your lead forms for analytics purposes.

  • Usage data: How you interact with our platform (page views, features used) for improving our service.

3. How We Use Your Data

  • To provide the LeadReady CRM service — displaying and organizing your leads in your dashboard.

  • To authenticate you via Facebook Login and maintain your session.

  • To subscribe to real-time webhooks on your selected Facebook Pages so leads are delivered instantly.

  • To display campaign performance analytics within your dashboard.

  • To send you notifications about new incoming leads.

  • To respond to your support requests sent to contact@leadready.in.
     

We do not sell your data, share it with third-party advertisers, or use your leads' personal information for any purpose other than providing the service to you.

4. Facebook Platform Data

  • We access Facebook data only through official Meta APIs with your explicit permission via OAuth.

  • We request only the permissions necessary to provide the service:
    leads_retrieval, pages_show_list, pages_read_engagement, pages_manage_metadata, pages_manage_ads, ads_read, ads_management.

  • Facebook lead data is stored securely and used solely to display and manage your leads within LeadReady.

  • You can revoke LeadReady's access to your Facebook account at any time via Facebook Settings → Apps and Websites.

  • Upon revocation or account deletion, we delete your Facebook tokens and associated data within 30 days.

5. Data Storage & Security

  • All data is stored on secure servers hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS).

  • Data is encrypted at rest using AES-256 encryption.

  • All data in transit is encrypted using TLS 1.2 or higher (HTTPS).

  • Access tokens are stored encrypted and never exposed in plain text.

  • We implement access controls to ensure only authorized personnel can access production data.

6. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account:

  • Your lead data is permanently deleted within 30 days.

  • Facebook access tokens are immediately revoked and deleted.

  • Backup copies are purged within 90 days.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:
 

  • Access the personal data we hold about you.

  • Request correction of inaccurate data.

  • Request deletion of your data and account.

  • Export your lead data in CSV format from your dashboard.

  • Revoke Facebook permissions at any time without affecting your account.

8. Cookies

We use essential cookies to maintain your login session. We do not use tracking cookies or advertising cookies. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though this will prevent you from staying logged in.

9. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate LeadReady:
 

  • Meta (Facebook): For OAuth authentication and Marketing API access.

  • Amazon Web Services (AWS): For hosting and data storage.
     

We do not share your personal data with any other third parties.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or a notice in the application. Continued use of LeadReady after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
